The highest organ of SJCDO is its Supreme Council which is consisted of
All members.The regular meetings of the Supreme Council are held once
Year.Extra ordinary meetings could be called by the Executive Council
Are SJCDO.The meetings of the Supreme Council shall be presided over by the country Director of the Executive Council or by one of the deputies in his/her absence.
The Administrative body is elected according to the provision of PART
six,article 9 of this statute.It shall hold the authority and the Councils’
two regular meetings.The Administrative body shall provide/develop the
necessary procedures,regulations and reports and mange book keeping
and office works,etc.The body is reliable to appoint auxiliary employees
for the office and propose members for delegations to represent SJCDO in
national and international meetings and conferences
The executive council is elected by the Supreme Council for a three year
period.The number of members for the Executive Council shall be
specified by the Supreme Council.
The Executive Council performs all duties and obligations and hold the
authority and responsibilities of the Supreme Council in duration between
its regular meetings.
The Executive Council elects its administrative body which is promised of
a country director at least his deputy a General Secretary and a Finance
Manager for a three years term. A member of Administrative body can not
be selected more than tow continues times.
The Executive Council shall meet four times a year in order to;
Hear and approve the activities report of the administrative body.
Approve working plan, set up future strategies and obligation of SJCDO.
